About
Fatherhood changes people. It may be an overgeneralization, but it’s true as far as I’m concerned. You begin to appreciate things that you wouldn’t have considered as a single man (or try not to appreciate those which you did as a single man).
The concept started way back in December 2005, becoming a category over at Atty-at-Work. The concept emerged at the same time when his son was born. One gets to reflect on things while rocking a baby to sleep in the wee hours of the morning.
There are a number of reasons for spinning off the “fatherhood” category as a separate blog (and transferring all related contents here). A separate blog should focus on a community and encourage other fathers to write/post about their experiences. This is a part of an experiment relating to Pinoy bloggers and the Pinoy blogging community.
We welcome your suggestions on how to make this blog, which is intended to be a community of and written by fathers, helpful to fathers. Please feel free to share your thoughts (let’s have your suggestions and comments here).
