“Res ipsa loquitor,” Latin for “the thing speaks for itself.”

I’m just an ordinary motorist who wages war through the daily traffic gridlock of the metropolis. It’s a jungle out there and no one can seriously dispute that. My blood pressure shoots up when I’m stuck in traffic, especially when buses swerve with impunity. One of these days, I’m gonna get a heart attack from traffic tension and stress.
So, instead of shouting inside the car or cursing whoever I think is responsible for the traffic mess, I get even. I don’t bring a gun, though; it’s an invitation to mayhem (and jail time). I shoot, but not using a gun. Last month, I decided to bring my camera whenever and wherever I drive.
I never imagined that something good could possibly result from traffic gridlocks in Metro Manila – plenty of time to focus and take photos of bumper or car stickers.
