No Parking, Waiting and Loading

It’s a jungle out there. Philippine roads, that is. I take no pleasure in saying this because I’m a Filipino. But maybe, just maybe, we’ll get our authorities to maintain order by pointing out the infractions. (The other way of encouraging our authorities to do their job is to give awards, but it’s highly debatable which has the better result.)

Going back, why do drivers refuse to follow traffic rules? Maybe we’re hard-headed. Maybe we’re saying this: “Why can’t I do it when everybody is doing it?” Or maybe we just can’t read. In this photo, the sign CLEARLY means no parking, no loading and no unloading.

Here’s the question: Why are these tricycles, which I chanced upon on the way to Baguio City, disregarding the sign and using it as a marker for their terminal? Your answer is as good as mine.
