As of now, October 29, 2009, 12:20 am, there is no Proclamation 1809 included in the list of all the proclamation of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. you may check this:

So many are saying they’ve read about October 31 (or October 30 in some instances) being declared as a special holiday. I really haven’t read or seen such proclamation. Of course, I could be wrong, at meron nga talaga. As noted by belle, anyone who has a copy of the purported Proclamation 1809? Mahirap kase maniwala unless we see the document. Thanks in advance.

somebody can check yesterday issued by malacanan proclamation 1809 – declaring oct 31, 2009 holiday too…
