Movies and Couch Potatoes

All work and no play makes the PinoyDad a dull boy, er, man. I believe I said that in one of the posts here, but can’t recall which one, just like the way I can’t recall the last movie I saw on the big screen. Before Vantage Point and 300, maybe it’s the Lord of the Rings or Batman Begins.

Maybe I prefer watching TV in the comfort of home (ladies, please don’t mess with our remote controls =). Band of Brothers (I know, that was ages ago, but I have to include this all-tme favorite), Rome, CSI-Las Vegas (before I discovered “24“; by then, CSI just became slow-paced and boring), House or Ultimate Force (what ever happened to that show?). Maybe I rarely watch movies on the big screen because I’m not a fan of malls and I’d rather wait for the “dibidee” to be released.

There are exceptions, of course; movies that would make me uproot my butt off my favorite chair and go on a suicide mission to the mall. I already mentioned some of these movies above. One of these days, let’s talk about other big screen flicks that are worth watching.
