Practice Driving in Malabon

In the preceding post, we talked about floods in Malabon. I have learned all I know about driving through floods from the roads of Malabon. It’s not something that Malabon has much choice, though. Malabon is below sea level, so when even moderate rains coincide with high tide, you know what happens. Anyway, while we’re at it, let’s proceed to Malabon driving.

When they closed a street in Malabon because someone died, here’s what I had to go through (thanks, of course, to our trusted Innova). So, if you want to improve your driving skills, I strongly suggest you go driving in Malabon (or somewhere where many of the streets are like the street in this video). I don’t know why they allow cars to be parked on a street na makipot, you know? (hehehe, sosyal ang dating). I tell you, after you survive Malabon driving, anywhere is a breeze. =)

pydumps, very true. I saw a fire broke out in that area and the firetrucks were not able to go through because of the cars parked along the narrow roads. The problem is, you’ll become the villain if you complain. I heard they tried to tow vehicles parked along the narrow streets, but I don’t know what happened to that move.
