We’ve heard about this restaurant found at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila, located at the PICC. It’s called Spiral, known for its delicious and sumptuous buffet just like Circles of Shangri-La Makati and Seven Corners of Crowne Plaza Galleria. For starters, let’s take a look a the chocolate fountains.
