What Flooded Roads?

During a meeting in Makati City one morning, I was surprised that Chino Roces (formerly Pasong Tamo), among other streets, was flooded. Some cars were obviously hesitant to wade through the flooded roads, causing traffic build up. This hesitation is generally understandable, but not to us who are veterans of Malabon roads. To drive home the point, here’s a video I took some months back.

This stretch is the best option to get to where we were going, passing near Malabon City hall, and when I say that this is the BEST option, I mean it. If you don’t believe me, try going there on a rainy day coinciding with the high tide.
